In Kemerovo there was a collapse of overlappings of a roof and overlapping of the second floor in a building on Avenue Kuznetsk, is spoken in the message of EMERCOM of Russia in the region.
The collapse, according to authorities, occurred at 09:39 GMT. At the scene went operational group of EMERCOM and the rescue squad.
At first, the “RIA Novosti” with reference to the representative of the regional Glaucus Ministry of emergency situations reported that were injured, according to preliminary data, three persons, yet one may be under the rubble.
Then, a source in emergency services of the region informed the Agency that the number injured is five. “From the rubble extracted and hospitalized five people, one more, according to preliminary data, may remain in a collapsed building,” he said.
The representative of the press service of EMERCOM in the region, however, reported that four people rescued from the rubble, two people got out of themselves to help rescue. According to the representative of operational staff on an emergency place, just six people injured, four of them hospitalized.
Later in the official message of EMERCOM in the region information about the six victims were confirmed, four were hospitalized and two refused hospitalization. They are all in satisfactory condition.
According to the source TASS in the Siberian regional emergency center, the area of collapse amounted to 300 sq. m.
Local edition vse42 writes that the collapse occurred at Kuznetsky Avenue, 85. He paralyzed traffic in the city centre.
In a press-service of the regional Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR) the Agency reported that Agency staff went to the scene. Later, the TFR was reported about initiation of proceedings upon collapses under part 1 of article 216 of the criminal code (violation of safety rules at conducting building or other works).
