“It is clear that due to unresolved technical problems launches to resume in late may fail, and the launch of “Proton” with the satellite EchoStar 21 is shifted at least at the beginning of June,” — said the Agency interlocutor.
He said that this may shift the whole schedule of launches of “Proton” for the year. In particular, it is planned for October, the launch of manned spacecraft “Soyuz MS-07” may be delayed for three months, until 27 December 2017.
