The company “MegaFon” recognized the existence of “massive difficulties” for any of its subscribers. In response to customer complaints from different regions of the country that appears on the page of the cellular operator network Twitter, said that the company is working hard to fix the problems.
In the official accounts of “MegaFon” networks “Vkontakte” and Twitter clients mobile operator reported a lack of telephone communication and access to the mobile Internet in Kazan, Ufa, Tolyatti, Samara, Ulyanovsk, Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Tula and other regions where the company operates.

The representative of “MegaFon” to the recent reports of mass failure in the network, explained the case of a failure in the device itself.
