Complaint To Putin
The prosecution of Olkhovyk and wainzinher began a few weeks after it erupted in August, the conflict around Vorkuta HPP, which belongs to “T plus”. As the head of the Komi Sergei Gaplikov at a meeting with President Vladimir Putin, preparing the energy system for the heating season is under threat due to the critical condition of stations: six of the nine boilers in need of repair. According to Gaplikov, instead of “start work” and “to bring the system to order”, the “T plus” took the decision on the sale of distressed assets. The head of the Komi Republic has received from the President a promise that the police will understand this question. “This irresponsibility must be stopped”, — said Putin.

A few days after the searches and arrests the owner of “Renova” Viktor Vekselberg told TASS that the detained top managers will be given a lot of support. According to Vekselberg, “Renova” has prepared the materials “in sufficient detail to apprise the leadership of the country with the activities of “T plus”, including on the territory of Komi Republic”. Then the press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov told RBC that Putin will give these materials “Renova”. But Putin’s meeting with Vekselberg “while there is no schedule,” Peskov said on September 13. But after a week, Reuters reported about the meeting Vekselberg with Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, citing a source close to the businessman. The owner of “Renova” wanted to discuss with Medvedev, including the situation with the criminal case against top managers of the group “Renova” and its energy “T plus”, the source said. The fact of the meeting confirmed in the government, but the details are not specified.
At the end of September it became known that the criminal case against the Olkhovyk and wainzinher transferred to the Central office of the Ministry. They took control of the investigation of particularly important cases of the TFR, and then olkhovyk and Vajnziher was transferred back to Moscow.

The company, in particular, secured regulatory technical condition of the equipment Vorkuta CHPP, including investments in the amount of 1.7 billion rubles to 2019. And last week in the Moscow office of “Renova” Vekselberg and Gaplikov has signed a cooperation agreement between the company and Komi Republic. As stated in the document, special attention in the implementation of the agreement should be given to the measures for stabilisation and strengthening of energy and housing and communal complex of Komi Republic.
