The Supervisory Board of “Rosatom”, headed by Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin, approved a new structure of the Corporation involving the integration of its membership of the United rocket and space Corporation (ORCC). New reforms, state ORCC will be reduced from 180 valid up to 15 people (excluding the Scientific-research Institute of space device engineering). ACCD was established in 2014 in the framework of the first stage of the reform of the space industry, involving the separation of powers to the customer and the contractor. However, a year later, this model is found to be ineffective.
